1. Umumiy qoidalar

1.1. Ushbu Foydalanish shartlari (“Shartlar”) Venu.uz onlayn marketplace’dan foydalanish tartibini belgilaydi.

1.2. Platformadan foydalangan holda, siz ushbu Shartlarni to‘liq qabul qilgan hisoblanasiz.

1.3. Venu.uz istalgan vaqtda ushbu Shartlarga o‘zgartirish kiritish huquqiga ega.

2. Platformadan foydalanish

1. Xaridor mahsulotlarni sotib olish uchun platformadan foydalanadi.
2. Sotuvchi mahsulotlarni joylashtiradi va ularning sifati hamda to‘g‘riligi uchun javobgar.
3. Foydalanuvchi o‘z akkaunt ma’lumotlarini uchinchi shaxslarga bermasligi kerak.

3. Buyurtmalar va to‘lovlar

1. Buyurtmalar faqat Venu.uz orqali rasmiylashtiriladi.
2. To‘lovlar platforma tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlanadigan usullar orqali amalga oshiriladi.
3. To‘lov xavfsizligi Venu.uz tomonidan kafolatlanadi.

4. Yetkazib berish

1. Yetkazib berish muddati va shartlari sotuvchi tomonidan belgilanadi.
2. Venu.uz faqat vositachi bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.

5. Qaytarish va refund

1. Xaridor qonunchilik doirasida mahsulotni qaytarish huquqiga ega.
2. Refund siyosati sotuvchining shartlariga muvofiq amalga oshiriladi.

6. Mas’uliyatni cheklash

1. Venu.uz mahsulot sifati uchun javobgar emas.
2. Xaridor va sotuvchi o‘rtasidagi nizolarni tomonlar hal qiladi.

7. Intellektual mulk

1. Venu.uz logotipi va kontenti intellektual huquqlar bilan himoyalangan.

8. Amaldagi qonunchilik

1. Shartlar O‘zbekiston Respublikasining qonunchiligiga muvofiq tartibga solinadi.
